Q: Hello there, The glasses I ordered from you came with the frame I chose. On the flip side, I get some painful pressure in my eyes and and they become red with prolonged use as well. I checked with America’s Best where I usually go for test and obtain my prescription glasses and they gave me a recheck. They said my current prescription is insignificantly different from the last. I was advised to contact you for a review of the product I bought from you. While your product gave me absolute clarity of vision and right amount of progressive view in all fields, the painful pressure, headache and redness of my eyes are my concerns with the product. A: Dear Evelyn DeJesus, We would like to tell you that if you don\'t know the PD, You have rights to contact your doctor/optometrist to get the accurate PD value. Or you can measure it yourself with a millimeter ruler.Follow these simple steps: 1.) Rest a mm ruler on the bridge of your nose just in front of your eyes. Look straight ahead and line up the 0mm marker with the center or one pupil. 2.) Read the ruler in a mirror, or have someone at the same height as you read it. 3.) The mark that lands in the center of the other eye is your Pupillary Distance. 4.) Repeat these steps 2-3 times to make sure your results are accurate.
