Q: Hi just checking in again. I sent an email earlier in the week about receiving my glasses, but the prescription being off. I believe it’s because somehow the PD got set to 64 when my prescriptions PD is actually 63. I looked on my order and it said 64 instead of 63. I’m not sure if I accidentally put that in or there was a glitch in the computer. I was wondering if there was any way I could return the two sets glasses for maybe a partial refund to get a new pairs or something like that. Thank you.
