Subject: Defective Photochromic Lenses ? Request for Resolution
Dear WhereLight Customer Support,
I am writing because I am very disappointed with the glasses I recently ordered from WhereLight with the photochromic lens upgrade.
Unfortunately, the photochromic feature does not appear to work at all. I have tested the glasses multiple times by wearing and leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods?up to several hours?and the lenses remain completely clear. There is no noticeable tint or darkening whatsoever.
Since I specifically paid extra for the photochromic upgrade, I expected the lenses to darken outdoors as advertised. As they currently function, they do not meet the product description or my expectations.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a resolution, whether that be a replacement pair with properly functioning photochromic lenses or a refund for the defective product.

And would you please put the eyeglasses on white paper in the sunlight directly at least 5 minutes and take a photo of it ?
Or would you please put the eyeglasses on white paper in the sunlight directly at least 5 minutes and take a video of it ?
Please don\'t put them in the car or put them at home.
If the window of your car or window of home has UV protection film, the glasses will not change the color.
