Q: Hello!I have sent 2 emails regarding the new glasses I received. Although I love the frames, there is a problem with the glasses left eye lens. Wherever I look with these glasses on, my left eye is blurry - close up or far. The glasses lens on the right eye are perfectly fine. I have also sent pictures, via my iPhone, of my receipt and prescription. Please advise of how I should proceed and have this situation resolved. Thank you.
