Request for Resolution Dear WhereLight Customer Support, I am writing because I am very disappointed with the glasses I recently ordered from WhereLight with the photochromic lens upgrade. Unfortunately, the photochromic feature does not appear to work at all. I have tested the glasses multiple times by wearing and leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods?up to several hours?and the lenses remain completely clear. There is no noticeable tint or darkening whatsoever. Since I specifically paid extra for the photochromic upgrade, I expected the lenses to darken outdoors as advertised. As they currently function, they do not meet the product description or my expectations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a resolution, whether that be a replacement pair with properly functioning photochromic lenses or a refund for the defective product.

I didn't actually set up the account so there's no password. I tried the reset password, but I never get an email. And yes I checked junk/spam to make sure it wasn't filtered. I've been trying to do this for the last couple weeks and I never get the reset password email. How do I get a password set up?
