Q: Good morning, i have a quick question. You have a pair of frames called KiKi. They are these fabulous rhinestone eyeglasses. On the recommended PD listed, it says 64 is the minimum PD. However, when you go to add the prescription, it says the lowest is 66. Which one is accurate? I have already ordered some glasses. However, if I can get this frame, I will order today before...I even receive my first order. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration looking into this question for me. Have a beautiful, blessed day!
A: Dear customer,
We are sorry for this, if you can not fill your PD value, we suggest you to choose other smaller frame.
Because we can not process this frame with your PD.
Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible.
If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.
