Q: Hello I placed an order for glasses and noticed the prescription is not correct. For the right eye the sphere should have been -1.50 and the cylinder +1.75 the order number is 82005192100038 and order # 82005251305467. I didn't realize it until I got the new glasses. I thought I was just having a hard time adjusting to the lenses. Am I able to return the glasses and have this corrected.

And our factory is located in China. The freight is expensive and there is no guarantee that the frames will be properly delivered to us remained intact. So we don\'t recommend you to send the frames to us. We can offer you a $50 coupon to place a new order. Would you please tell us if you want the coupon ?
