Q: Hi, I placed my first order for 6 pairs of glasses on 7/22/20. I have received multiple updates stating the order is in process, I am being provided the same product number (2302) there is another product (93312) that has not been updated since the day I ordered. I have 4 product ids stating they are finished and In checking. Please provide an update as why the order is taking so long. Also, my order is still in the “ unreceipted” status whatever that means. Q: What do we do if the prescription is wrong on the glasses once we get them? Are they returnable? I had asked my eye Dr. for the prescription and whatever he gave me is absolutely NOT correct. I cannot see out of ANY of the glasses I purchased.

Q: I asked a few weeks ago why my frames were cracking. I received a message back asking for photos and I sent over the requested pictures. That’s all I’ve heard. That was back when only two frames were cracked. Now four of five frames are cracked. They are all kept in cases on my bathroom counter. This is so unfortunate because I dearly loved all my glasses and received so many complements and I handed out your name to many people. Now I only have a pair of sunglasses and who knows how long those will last.

Or you can measure it yourself with a millimeter ruler.Follow these simple steps: 1.) Rest a mm ruler on the bridge of your nose just in front of your eyes. Look straight ahead and line up the 0mm marker with the center or one pupil. 2.) Read the ruler in a mirror, or have someone at the same height as you read it. 3.) The mark that lands in the center of the other eye is your Pupillary Distance. 4.) Repeat these steps 2-3 times to make sure your results are accurate.

Q: Hello, The sunglasses I ordered are too strong. There was a mixup where my reading glasses turned up with my normal prescription and that was fixed thank you. However I think my sunglasses ended up with my reading prescription. I find it hard to walk whilst wearing them but at the time I received the order I was recovering from covid-19 so I thought I was still having problems with vertigo when I tested them.
