Q: I've tried being patient. I've reached out to you all and USPS but no results and no glasses. The status shows shipped, but I have no reason to lie. I don't want a refund, I just want my glasses. I've ordered from you in the past and since finding out about this site I've sent a lot of business your way. What can I do to get my glasses reshipped.
