Q: I recieved my order #22104071101575 Art No. PY3019 and LOVE my new glasses. However, it looks like one of the arms is bowed out. The glasses don't fit secure to my head. They are very loose. I'm unsure if this is a defect or if it's how the glasses come. As a result I don't know quite what to do. I would love to have them remade if you think that is the way to go.
