Q: This is more of a complaint than a question. Your website seems broken, I wanted a pair of frames but after putting in my prescription it tells me my PD is too small. I found a different pair of frames, too small. Started just clicking on random frames, they all say too small. Everything on your site seems to tell me my PD is too small regardless on size of frames, and I know in the past it’s just a matter of paying an extra fee to get them changed, so what’s the deal here?
