ArleneMiller    Time: 2019-08-30 11:05
Q: I have filled out a new prescription twice and I can not submit it. I do not have a camera on my desk top to send a photo of the prescription. My prescription is NOT marked for pupilary distance and your system will not let me submit with PD marked none. What is going on. This is getting very frustrating.
A: Dear Arlene Miller, you can measure it yourself with a millimeter ruler.Follow these simple steps: 1.) Rest a mm ruler on the bridge of your nose just in front of your eyes. Look straight ahead and line up the 0mm marker with the center or one pupil. 2.) Read the ruler in a mirror, or have someone at the same height as you read it. 3.) The mark that lands in the center of the other eye is your Pupillary Distance. 4.) Repeat these steps 2-3 times to make sure your results are accurate.

Q: I have ordered two pair of glasses in the past, one pinkish on purple but I do not remember the style name. One pair recently broke and I want to reorder the same one in purple after I have a new eye exam next week. Can you see if you can tell me the name of the frame.
A: Dear Cathy, We are sorry to tell you that the frame is discontinued.
Ana    Time: 2019-08-29 22:35
Q: Thank you for your quick response. The pair that I had problems with was the Sims frame (SN: 93308). Originally there were 2 PDs inputted, but I would like to correct it with one: 60.0, if possible. Thank you!
A: Dear Ana, we analyzed with our optometrist and they think the reason why caused your problems is not PD. Because the error of the two PD is just 1mm. According to the international standard, the error within 2mm, it will not have the problems. So please don\'t worry. And would you please wear the glasses and adjust the frame which can make the lenses far away from your eyes a little, then tell us whether you feel better?
Ana    Time: 2019-08-29 20:14
Q: Hello, I ordered two frames which I love so much! However, the first frames hurts my eyes. The second pair are perfect the way they are, which leads me to believe I got the wrong PD. Is there a way to correct the first frame? Or will I have to reorder?
A: Dear Ana, we are sorry to hear that, please don\'t worry. We will try our best to help you. Would you please tell us which pair has problems?
