Q: I placed my order for glasses a month ago. I contacted you earlier, and was given a tracking number. I looked up the tracking number and it said my order was cleared through customs on 10/1/2016. I have not received my order yet. I have heard nothing further from the post office. If I don't receive them in five days I'm going to contact Paypal for a refund.
