Q: Order ID 2180812120238. We noticed that the lenses in the green Nichols frame did not seem to be seated properly in the frames. So we stopped into our local Costco Optical department. They told us that the lenses were cut too large for the frame and they were unable to seat them properly. When they tried to put them in it causes the frame to roll and will not seat the frames properly. What do we need to do get this taken car of? Thanks for your quick assistance.
