Q: hi there. i’m messaging because this is now my third pair of the same glasses and they keep breaking. the first time, i replaced them by buying a new pair. however when that pair broke after only a few months, i contacted your customer support and they sent me another pair. that was in november 2025 and that pair has just broken in the same manner that the very first pair broke and in the same exact spot. i am very careful with my glasses and never drop them or are rough with them so its very frustrating that with such caution, the same pair keeps breaking.
