Q: Hello, I recently ordered some glasses from where light that were delivered today. Every couple years I treat myself and my fiancee to new glasses from where light snd we honestly love the choices and super easy process. However, upon inspection my delivery today, one of my glasses fits super loose on my head, so much so they are already sliding down my nose and not even touching my eyebrows like my older pair. I have pictures of the glasses accessories I tried on to help close the gap on the arms (which didnt work), picture of other pairs next to it to show the big gap difference of frame arms, picture of my rx, picture of new pair on my face, picture of old pair on my face for reference. It is the purple pair in my most recent order place on 7/3/26. Can these be replaced? I cant wear them like this because I do alot of bending, moving around, lifting heavy things (like books and my kid) everyday and i need them to stay on and be durable.
