Q: I ordered two glasses from you, I got the glasses but I can't see in them. The vision is blurry. This is the second time I ordered from you guys and I'm having the same problem with the glasses. I thought because the first order was bifocal that was why I couldn't see well with it, I ordered the second set progressive and I still couldn't see well. I know I entered the prescription correctly because I used the same with another company and the glass came perfect. Do I have to send the glasses back to you to be corrected?
